How to create an account on Selafano.com?
On the main page, click the user symbol in the upper right corner and fill in the required information in the "Create Account" form.
Do I need to create an account at Selafano.com to place an order?
Yes. You have to register in order to make an order on Entities.
How can I access the Entities area?
First, you need to create an account. After confirming your account on your email address, you should access the area "Entities", in the upper right corner. You will be asked to insert a code which should be provided by the school.
Can the "Welcome Gift" voucher (10% discount) be applied on the "Entities" area?
No, that code can only be applied on our public e-commerce store.
How can I delete items from my shopping cart?
After accessing your shopping cart, simply click on the 'Remove' option of the respective item.
How can I change my address in my Selafano.com account?
Once you have signed in to your account, you can make changes to it in "My Addresses" by clicking "Add" later.
How can I change the password for my Selafano.com account?
Once you have logged in to your account, you can change your password in "Edit Profile", then fill out the "Change Password" section.
When I select a size, I receive a notification of low stock/out of stock. How long will I wait?

In certain products, you can enter your email address and you will be notified when/if the article is restocked. In the majority of products, in which we have our own production, you are allowed to purchase a product that is out of stock. In those situations, delivery can be extended to six weeks. If our raw materials are out of stock, delivery can take even longer.


I want to purchase a size that isn't available on the website. What should I do?
You should contact us using the form, which you can find under "Customer Support". If it is possible, we will produce the size you need. In case that size changes to a different scale, the price will increase by 20%. We do not exchange or return items produced upon request.
I want to receive your emails or newsletter. What should I do?
Just subscribe to the newsletter on our homepage at the bottom of the page.
