Yes, as long the items are unused and aren't irreversibly personalized. But we only exchange sizes from the same reference. To go through with the exchange, you should fill the form Exchanges, that can be found in the Entity's page, after the uniforms. When we receive your request, we will get in touch.
Can I return a product purchased on the entities area?
No. Our policy within the Entities area doesn't allow returns, unless it is a case of error/defective item. In that situation, you should contact us at [email protected].
In case of a return, how is the refund process carried out?
All refunds are processed through a voucher that can be used on our website and does not have an expiration date.
What is the exchange period?
You have 14 days to exchange your products.
Can I return items I haven't received yet?
No. When the payment is complete, we will not be able to change your order.
Are exchanges and returns free?
No, shipping costs in case of exchanges are borne by the customer. In the case of returns, if we attest that the item is defective, we will cover the shipping costs.
You have made a customized size for my order. Can I exchange the size?
No. When we make customized sizes or respond to special requests, we do not exchange sizes.
My exchange has been accepted. When will I receive the new items?
We will proceed with sending the requested size after we receive the garments. In the case of being out of stock, delivery may extend to 10 weeks. If there is a shortage of raw materials, this period may extend even further. We will not process refunds due to the waiting time.
